We keep it real!
At Hanalei Burger, we only use 100% local, grass-fed beef from a farm right here on Kaua‘i. We drive to the other side of the island ourselves 2–3 times a week to get the freshest, local grass-fed beef straight from the source.
Don’t panic, it’s organic!
We proudly use organic ingredients wherever we can, from our pickles and lettuce to our teriyaki sauce, ketchup, and mustard. Our signature Hanalei Sauce is made from scratch daily with (you guessed it) mostly organic ingredients. And that lilikoi lemonade you’ve heard about? Yep, also organic and made daily!
